The arrival of the Toyota Rush – Toyota’s new seven-seater compact SUV is still a couple of months away, but the Japanese car manufacturer has recently opened early reservation to the public.
This type of vehicle is a really viable choice to own in the Philippines mostly due to poor road conditions, readily available automotive servicing and bad traffic that everyone has to deal with.
It makes sense that the majority of Filipinos prefer vehicles that can carry a lot of people and clear obstacles at the same time.
The Indonesian variant of the Toyota Rush is equipped with a 1.5 Dual VVT-i DOHC engine capable of 103hp and 136Nm of Torque, paired with either a five-speed manual transmission or a four-speed automatic.
No word yet on the performance figures for the Philippine variants yet but news should be out in a few months or so.
If you’re set on acquiring a Toyota Rush you can place your reservation at any authorized Toyota dealership near your area.
One can expect the Toyota Rush to be released in the Philippines by the second quarter of the year and since the initial reactions are riddled with excitement, you might want to place a reservation as soon as you can.
